Many clients use a buying agent to help unearth hidden gems in popular areas but sometimes our best advice is to consider another geography. Whilst there are some lovely country houses in the Cotswolds it isn’t an area that suits everyone and this piece highlights a few alternatives. I think this is particularly useful for those who are thinking of making the move out of London for a new life in the country.
