I contributed to Marianna Hunt’s article in the Telegraph Online today highlighting some of the ways the super rich are speeding up their property purchases.

Whilst the current SDLT holiday isn’t critical to most of our clients they are still keen to make use of the saving if possible. As a property buying agent we can help smooth the conveyancing process to speed things up and meet specific deadlines. Many of our clients do not require mortgage funding and are happy to take a view on certain issues that may otherwise slow the property purchase up.
