When asked for my thoughts on current trends and what buyers are looking for, I explained that I believed that “The Good Life” is firmly back on the agenda. Buyers are now taking a more commercial stance on their rural dream in that it has to pay the bills. This is leading to an interesting array of creative and diverse businesses popping up in rural areas.

These farms on the open market show a diverse range of attributes for those looking for a move to the south west. There are also a number of other options which could be bought privately.
