23 Jan How the one per cent are doing Lockdown 3

I contributed to Anna Tyzak’s piece in today’s Telegraph about how the top 1% of the population are handling the latest set of restrictions. Whilst the original lock down took many people by surprise this time the super rich are determined to make the best of it.

We understand that a significant number of people have taken their families abroad to avoid the gloom whilst others have simply decamped to their country residence and are buying in the necessary luxuries and services to make things more bearable. We have been involved in some of the most significant country house rentals of the last 12 months as people who would normally be traveling the globe realise that their London homes aren’t suitable for long term lock down purposes.
