I am quoted in Zoe Dare Hall’s article in the Telegraph Luxury today about the increase in demand for luxury country rental property. We have seen a significant rise in demand from London-based High Net Worth clients looking to secure an escape in the face of another summer of potentially disrupted summer plans.

But using a luxury country property as an income generating opportunity isn’t always as straight forward as it may seem as I outline in the article.
