09 Oct Super-rich and self-sufficient: why the wealthy are hunkering down

I was quoted in Emanuele Midolo’s article about the steps I have seen my super super rich clients taking to become self-sufficient. It was a trend that started a while ago but became more obvious during and post-lockdown as clients felt a strong need to be able to exist without being reliant on others.

It isn’t just about having home-grown utility supplies but also making sure they have all they need on site such as leisure and entertainment facilities.
