I was quoted in Hugh Graham’s Sunday Times piece about the impact the exodus from London is having on the Cotswolds. Prices are becoming increasingly inflated as Londoner’s seek refuge in picturesque Cotswold’s villages making much of the available property stock unaffordable for locals.
