Why living near a farm shop can boost your property value

Jo and I are quoted in Melissa York’s article in Bricks and Mortar in The Times today in a piece about the affect proximity to a farm shop has on the value of your property.

I think the majority of farm shops tend to appear once property values have already begun to rise due to increasing demand rather than being an indicator of change. Whilst the prices in these shops can be eye-watering they are certainly nice to have down the road and can make the transition from city to rural living easier.
