I am quoted in Sam Meadows’ article on the the rise in properties which are achieving over the asking price as the the SDLT holiday property market boom continues and the number of houses selling for over the asking price reaches a seven year high.
It is a phenomenon we hear about all the time and something we are encountering in the market on a daily basis as deals are being agreed before any formal marketing begins and houses are achieving the guide price or 10-15% above.
