I am quoted in an article by Alex Goss in The Telegraph today about the value that proximity to water can add to a property. Proximity to the sea is always high on the list for requirements in a second home but we see that market going quiet in the face of current financial pressures.

Increasingly we have clients who want a property with a river, lake or pond for leisure and biodiversity reasons.
