06 May London house prices could be hit hard as demand for country homes surges

I am quoted in Melissa Lawford’s piece in the The Telegraph today as she writes about the effect that COVID-19 is having on demand in the Prime Property market. We are seeing a shift in demand from London to the Country as clients seek high-end rentals and purchases in rural areas to ensure their families are as far away as possible from the threat of the virus.
