22 Mar Talking about your second home is so passé: nowadays it’s all about the ‘co-primary’

I am quoted in Zoe Dare Hall’s piece in the Telegraph today which highlights that many of the super rich now have ‘Co-Primary’ homes rather than a second or even third home.

The time spent in former second homes has increased due to Covid and, as a result, the spec required has increased. Facilities, appliances and technology have been upgraded to a level formerly only seen in a primary residence.
