08 Aug The City workers bemoaning the end of their work-from-home idyll

I am quoted in Arabella Youen’s article in The Telegraph today. We have noticed a number of prime country houses coming back to the market over the past few weeks. Properties bought during Covid, when interest rates were low and working from an office wasn’t possible are becoming less attractive. For some a second home for use only at weekends is untenable and the focus needs to shift back to office life in London.
