Jane Dowle quoted me in her piece in The Times today about the resurgence of the garage as people increasingly want a practical place to charge their car or show off their vintage collection.

The spec of these buildings can be phenomenal as cars can be cleaned, heated, cooled and even rotated. If motoring is a passion then the garage is sometimes as important as the house itself.
